Yokohama is a lovely port town. Except for huge ones, many of cruise ships arrive at Yokohama Osanbashi (Yokohama International Passenger Terminal).
This is a wonderful place to take photos, especially in the evening. You can walk to the passenger terminal from Nihon-odori station or Kannai station.

You can visit this rooftop area freely for 24 hours.

I walked to the end of this narrow area and set a tripod. This area could be windy, but when I went there, it was more like a nice breeze.

You could incorporate some sightseeing boats in your photo.

Luckily, a popular boat, Marine Rouge, stopped for a while.

You can capture Yokohama Bay Bridge from here, too,

The design of the rooftop area is very unique.

This is the inside of the passenger terminal building. There are some cafes, shops, an event hall, and toilets, etc.

Zounohana Breakwater is also a lovely photo spot. The building on the right, InterContinental Yokohama Grand, looks nicer from here.
